WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU TAKE? 

We accept the following payment methods – Visa, Mastercard, Paypal.  Simply proceed through the checkout process and select your preferred payment method.

IS MY CREDIT CARD SECURE FROM FRAUD? 

As your security is of paramount importance to us we employ Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Software, which encrypts order information you transmit to maintain the safety of your sensitive credit information.

WHAT DAYS AND TIMES ARE PACKAGES DELIVERED? 

Our delivery service delivers Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm excluding public holidays.

DO I NEED TO BE HOME TO ACCEPT MY DELIVERY? 

All purchases are shipped using Australia Post registered express postal service. If our courier delivers your parcel and you’re not at home, a delivery card will be left in your mailbox. Please contact the number on the card to organise redelivery. If you are not at the address supplied when our courier attempts delivery it is your responsibility to organise the pickup or redelivery of your order within 7 days.

HOW DO I CALCULATE SHIPPING CHARGES?

HOW LONG BEFORE MY ORDER ARRIVES? 

We attempt to promptly ship products ordered.

Australian Orders – Generally, orders placed Monday-Friday before 12 PM EST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 1-3 Business Days, in all cases pending payment confirmation and credit verification.

Rest of World – 3-10 Business Days

HOW CAN I CHECK THE DELIVERY STATUS?

When your product is dispatched you will receive an email containing a tracking number. This number will allow you to track the progress of your parcel at www.australiapost/tracking  If you have any questions regarding the tracking or location of your parcel, please email us at customerservice@eclektica.com.

International orders do not have a tracking number, however we receive a delivery confirmation.   Please contact us at customerservice@eclektica.com if you have not received your parcel 10 working days from order placement.

WHAT IF MY PURCHASE GETS LOST IN TRANSIT?

All Eclektica purchases are insured against loss while in transit to you. Once the parcel has been received (all packages require a signature as acceptance) the goods are deemed your responsibility and insurance from Eclektica ceases. It is expected that if an item needs to be returned to Eclektica that insurance be placed on the item/s whilst in transit.

CAN I PURCHASE A GIFT CARD? 

Jewellery is a personal choice. If you want to purchase a gift from Eclektica but can’t decide then we recommend our Gift Card service. Purchase a Gift Card to any value and then let the recipient decide from the designer collections featured on our site. Gift Cards are simple to purchase and redeem. All our gift cards come in an eCard format, which means that we will email it to you rather than send you a paper voucher. You can then print it out and give it to the recipient or email it to them. Each Gift Card is allocated a redemption code which is entered at the Payment field of the shopping cart. Gift Cards should be treated like cash and Eclektica accepts no responsibility for lost, misplaced or stolen Gift Cards.

I WANT TO BUY A PRESENT FOR SOMEONE ELSE AND I AM NOT SURE WHAT TO BUY?

DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING?

Gift Wrapping is part of the Eclektica customer service experience. All purchases are special and are personally boxed in signature Eclektica black gift box wrapped with branded white ribbon.  CC Skye and Samantha Wills jewellery is gift boxed in branded signature packaging.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?  

Please choose your products carefully as we de do not offer refunds for change of mind, however we do offer exchange or store credit. Full refunds are only accepted for faulty goods or if the item is not what you originally ordered. For hygiene reasons, we are not able to accept returns on Earrings unless they are faulty. When ordering Rings, it is the customers responsibility to ensure that they have ordered the correct size as our rings are one size fits most. Please visit our official Returns Policy on this site.

WHAT IF I SEE THE ITEM I WANT TO PURCHASE ON ANOTHER WEBSITE FOR A LOWER PRICE? 

We offer the Eclektica price promise. If you see any piece of jewellery on our site that you have seen on a competitor website for a lower price, send us an email at customerservice@eclektica.com and we will match the price.

WILL YOU SHARE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH ANYONE? 

Eclektica does not sell, rent, share or otherwise disclose personally identifiable information from customers for commercial purposes. Eclektica will only share your personal information with other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. For example fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail and email, processing credit card payments, direct debit payments, and providing customer service. They have access to personal information needed to perform their functions but may not use it for other purposes.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER? 

We will only accept order cancellations if we are notified immediately (within 2 hours of placing order).

WHAT ARE PRE-ORDERS? 

To ensure that you don’t miss out on limited product or our best sellers you can pre-order items.

We also have some items that are personalized and therefore need to be pre-ordered to secure, eg; initial pendant necklaces. When purchasing a personalized item, please email customerservice@eclektica.com with the details ie; initial that you want, immediately after placing your order.

Pre-order items are clearly marked on our product pages. These pages will also confirm the estimated delivery timeframe. Usually pre-orders take 4-6 weeks to arrive given that they are made to order and often hand-made.

Pre-orders are required to be paid for in full prior to order being made with our supplier. Please choose your pre-order item carefully as they cannot be cancelled for a refund. If you decide to cancel your pre-order we can offer an Eclektica credit note to the value of your purchase.

HOW DO ECLEKTICA PROMOTIONAL CODES WORK? 

If you have a promotional code it must be used at the time of purchase. We are unable to apply a promotional code to existing orders, they can only be used for new orders. We are also unable to apply promotional codes to orders that are paid by Gift Card. You must use your promotional code within the specified timeframe.

WHAT HAPPEN IF THE ITEM I PURCHASED HAS SINCE GONE ON SALE? 

Price adjustments are not available for items which have gone on sale since being purchased. Any item purchased on sale may be returned within the allowed time frame, but for store credit only (no refunds).

WHAT IF I WANT A PIECE FROM ONE OF ECLEKTICA'S DESIGNERS BUT I CAN'T FIND IT? 

Send us an email at customerservice@eclektica.com and we can place a special order for the item on your behalf directly from the designer.  Let us know what you want and we will promptly confirm price and estimated delivery time.
